The Winter Soldier is James "Bucky" Barnes. AAAAHHH! ...Actually, I never saw that one coming! XD
Well, after the movie(Which was friggin' amazing, go see it!!) came out and feels were absorbed, some genius made a joke about Captain America's reactions to his once-thought-dead friend's new bad behavior....and Lordy cheese and crackers, is. IT. FUNNY!

Most of the fanart related to this are seen on Tumblr(No, I don't have one!), but there are a few on DA as well.

But anyway, seeing a complete badass be chibi-fied and have "disappointment" jokes made(and still surprisingly retaining that badassery) is right up my alley!
